Ascendry provides transformational organizational and executive leadership development, scientifically grounded and business tested, for lasting change.
For individuals, many organizations provide executive assessment and development. However, if your organization does not offer those tools, it can be difficult to find qualified practitioners. Ascendry provides assessment and development opportunities that are effective and affordable for individuals.
For leaders, the position of authority can provide plenty of freedom, but many leaders find themselves distanced from coworkers and left needing support. Ascendry provides direct and objective feedback for leaders who are ready to maximize their potential.
For talent teams, working inside organizations allows talent development professionals to work closely with their colleagues to address the needs of organizations. These close relationships can often benefit from the fresh perspective and absolute confidentiality of external development providers. Ascendry offers a wide range of tools and programs with 100% confidentiality, helping Talent Teams to foster psychological safety and trust.
For organizations, creating and maintaining successful talent management systems is a full-time job. Strategically planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and revising the hiring, on-boarding, training and development, succession planning, and exit processes can be overwhelming. Ascendry presents opportunities for strategic partnership through these processes so organizations can maintain these services for their employees.
