These research techniques are used to collect data through group or individual interaction. Comprised of carefully selected people who discuss and/or experience a given topic, phenomenon, experience, product, and brand. Used to identify and explore how people think and behave, and illuminate the what, how, and why behind everything.

Cancellation Policy

Both client and coach agree to keep all appointments and calls and to give each other at least 24 hours notice of any changes, unless in cases of emergency.
