Whether at work or at home, they lack happiness, peace, and gratitude. Luckily, gratitude is a skill and can be developed. The following challenge is a month of exercises designed to build gratitude skills in a specific order. As you complete each task, use a notebook to keep track of your experiences throughout the month.
