Service Description

Collection of raw data in your organization using a mixed-method approach of data collection that aims to observe, interact and understand your employees while they are interacting in your natural organizational environment, interacting with business procedures, and experiencing the organizational culture.

Cancellation Policy

Both client and coach agree to keep all appointments and calls and to give each other at least 24 hours notice of any changes, unless in cases of emergency.
