An Exit Interview Assessment had already occurred and now an Exit Interview Redesign is needed. Involves newly built out Exit Interview System helping your organization assess why the employee is leaving, when they started to look for a new job/role outside of your organization and why, understand from the employee areas of strength and improvement for both the job/role and the organization, and offer a way for the employee to make recommendations for new employees coming into your organization. These insights allow your organizations to improve new employee onboarding, performance, retention, and help achieve company objectives.
Both client and coach agree to keep all appointments and calls and to give each other at least 24 hours notice of any changes, unless in cases of emergency.
