Service Description

Customer Sentiment Analysis (or opinion mining) is a natural language processing technique used to determine whether data is positive, negative, or neutral. A qualitative research analysis that figures out the "Why" behind the data.


Cancellation Policy

Both client and coach agree to keep all appointments and calls and to give each other at least 24 hours notice of any changes, unless in cases of emergency.
